Information we collect
When you request a booking or a venue visit, we collect your name, email, phone number, and event details so we can respond, confirm, and manage your reservation.
How we use it
We use your information only to handle your request: confirmations, reminders, payment links, and replies to your questions. We do not sell your information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check "Text me updates" on our booking or visit form, Bayou Road Commons will text you about that request: request received, visit confirmations and reminders, approval with payment link, payment reminders, and event reminders. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf.
Booking-step measurement
Where permitted, we count how often guests start each booking step and submit a request to improve the form. Only daily totals and fixed step names are stored, not names, contact details, event information, IP addresses, cookies, or visitor identifiers. This measurement is not sent to advertising services and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. It stays off when the visitor’s region requires consent or cannot be determined.
